EXCHANGE In the event that you wish to change the color and/or size of the products ordered or exchange it for another item and the product of your choice is available, it will be possible to replace the products themselves without any additional management costs. Changing an item is simple, just follow the instructions below: 1. Contact us here using the channel of your choice. 2. Tell us which product you want to change your garment with, we will check availability and reserve the product for you. 3. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, in perfect condition (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all accessories and documentation, if any, and that the guarantee seal has not been removed. 4. We will send you a confirmation email containing the waybill (AWB) to be printed and pasted on the original box so as to cover the delivery label. 5. We will contact you to establish the collection date for the package and notify the courier for collection. 6. The courier will come and collect the package on the agreed date in the place where it was delivered, or in another place indicated by you, in the same country. 7. As soon as we have received the returned item and verified its integrity, we will ship the new item to the chosen address, confirming the shipment by email. 8. Exchange is free. If you choose to change to a model with a higher amount, you will be asked to pay the difference in the amount. If you choose to exchange with a product of a lower amount, the difference in amount will be refunded on the same payment method. It is possible to make the exchange only once for each order. If the item received as an exchange does not fit, it is possible to return it.
