RETURNS

 

If the item received is not to your liking or you have changed your mind, it is possible to return it and the cost of shipping is your responsibility.

If the garment is intact and has never been used, with all labels, packaging and the guarantee seal intact, you will receive a refund of your purchase.

It is possible to return a garment by notifying Mantovani within 14 days of receipt.

Returning or exchanging a garment is easy, just follow the instructions below:

If you are registered

1. Log in to your profile, in the "Orders" section.

2. Select the code of the order you want to return.

3. For return: click "Request return" and select the mode "Request refund for some items" and select the product you wish to return. For exchange: click "Request return" and select the mode "exchange some items for others".

4. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, in perfect condition (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and with all accessories and documentation and that the guarantee seal has not been removed.

5. We will send you an email confirming acceptance of the return.

6. Choose the courier you prefer and send the parcel to the address Via Antonio Rezzonico 1, Carate Brianza (MB), 20841.

If you purchased as a guest

1. Enter your order confirmation email and click on the link "HERE".

2. For return: click "Request return" and select the mode "Request refund for some items" and select the product you wish to return. For the exchange: click "request return" and select the mode "exchange some articles for others".

REFUNDS

Mantovani will only refund items returned in accordance with the instructions. If the return does not meet the conditions, the package will be returned to the sender.

All products returned according to the conditions will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. Forward shipping charges will not be refunded also any duties and delivery costs will not be refunded and will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

REFUND TIMES

Once the returned goods have been checked and accepted, a refund will be arranged and a confirmation email will be sent.

The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return communication. In any case, refund times may vary depending on the Credit Institute with which the payment was made.
